In order to solve the problems of low CTP plate manufacturing efficiency and poor plate surface adhesive force in the prior art, the invention provides a manufacturing device for a treatment-free plate for printing. The manufacturing device comprises an aluminum roll replacing device, a washing device, an acid pickling device, an electrolysis device, a water spraying device, an ash removal device,an oxidation device, a hole sealing device, a drying device, a gluing device and a slitting device. Through the arrangement of the aluminum roll replacing device, the replacing steps are decreased, the replacing speed is increased, and the non-stop roll replacing effect is achieved; the electrolysis device is provided with a spraying box, the spraying box can assist a spraying opening in workingwell, and electrolyte can flow out uniformly through the spraying opening to improve the adhesive force of an aluminum plate base; and a water spraying box is arranged in the water spraying device, and double-face spraying can
