High-temperature reaction gas from a cyclohexanol dehydrogenation reactor exchanges heat with a dehydrogenation reactor feed, liquid-phase cyclohexanol, hot water, low-temperature crude alcohol ketone entering a drying tower or a light tower, circulating cooling water and chilled water in sequence; the temperature required by hydrogen and organic material separation is reached; reaction gas condensate is collected in two sections according to the temperature, namely, low-temperature crude alcohol ketone generated by cooling of circulating cooling water and chilled water and high-temperature crude alcohol ketone generated by other heat exchange; according to the cyclohexane oxidation method device, part of low-temperature crude alcohol ketone is directly sent to an oxidation tail gas absorption tower, residual low-temperature crude alcohol ketoneexchanges heat with dehyd |
