The invention provides a film tearing mechanism which is applied to a film tearing device, and the film tearing device comprises a manipulator for transferring a workpiece. The film tearing mechanismcomprises a workbench, a baffle arranged on the workbench, an air blowing piece and an abutting and pushing piece, and the baffle is used for containing the workpiece transferred by the mechanical arm. The air blowing piece is located on one side of the baffle and can blow out compressed air towards the workpiece placed on the baffle so as to blow up part of the protective film on the surface of the workpiece. The abutting and pushing piece is arranged opposite to the baffle and used for pushing part of the protective film blown by the air blowing piece to move towards the baffle so that partof the protective film can abut against the baffle and be separated from the workpiece.
