The invention provides a flame-retardant fabric. The fabric comprises a first fiber layer and a second fiber layer which are of a laminated structure, the first fiber layer comprises synthetic fibersor natural fibers, the outer surface of the first fiber layer is coated with a transparent first flame-retardant coating, and the first flame-retardant coating comprises guanidine phosphate; the second fiber layer comprises mineral fibers; the mineral fibers are high-flame-retardant materials and comprise at least one of granite fibers, silica gel fibers, carbon fibers and glass fibers; and the outer surface of the second fiber layer is coated with a second flame-retardant coating, the second flame-retardant coating comprises an inorganic material, a flame retardant, waterborne polyurethane and a surface treating agent, the inorganic material comprises ceramic and stone powder, and the flame retardant comprises melamine cyanurate.
