Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a quantitative pouring and scaling system for molten zinc, comprising: a quantitative pouring device for quantitatively pouring the molten zinc into an ingot groove of an ingotcasting machine; and a scaling device for scaling oxide skin on the surface of the molten zinc in the ingot groove of the ingot casting machine. The scaling device comprises a base, a moving base, ascaling assembly and a material receiving assembly; and the moving base is movably mounted on the base, and can move relative to the length direction of the base. The scaling assembly comprises a moving beam, a scaling claw, a shoveling hopper, a winch, a steel wire rope, a connecting rod, a first linear movement driving member, a second linear movement driving member and a third linear movement driving member.
