The control method comprises the procedures of heating, descaling, rolling, wire spraying, air cooling, coil collecting and bundling. In the descaling procedure, high-pressure water is adopted for descaling, and the pressure is controlled to be 16-20 Mpa, in the wire spraying procedure, a formed coiled wire coil is subjected to swing treatment, swing changes in a sine curve mode, the swing time is controlled to be 1-4 s, and the swing amplitude is controlled to be 2%-5%, and in the bundling procedure, a coil is pre-pressed with 5-8t pressure, and then normal pressing is carried out with 12-18t pressure after the coil is gathered.
