Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of an anti-inflammatory oxidized lipid composition derived from mesenchymal stem cells. According to the method, immune-activated Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) or a conditioned medium thereof are adopted to simulate an inflammatory microenvironment to activate MSCs, and then a substrate necessary for synthesizing oxidized lipid is added, sothat the synthesis and secretion of a large amount of oxidized lipid by the mesenchymal stem cells can be remarkably promoted. The oxidized lipid composition prepared by the method is derived from the mesenchymal stem cells, has an important biological function, can reduce inflammatory reaction, can be used for preventing and treating inflammatory diseases, and accelerates tissue repair and healing.
