The method can take each unit as a different main body, and performs control by taking benefit maximization of each main body as a target, thereby meeting load requirements of combined heat and power users, and satisfying the each unit main body with the revenue to the maximum extent. The method comprises the following steps: S1, establishing a composition structure framework of the electric heat pump-combined heat and power system, and establishing an output model of each unit; S2, establishing a revenue function model of each unit in the electric heat pump-combined heat and power system; S3, establishing a non-cooperative gaming model of the electric heat pump-combined heat and power system; and S4, solving the gaming model by particle swarm optimization to obtain a combined heat and power scheduling optimizationscheme of each unit.
