Distributed computing power resources are assembled into a plurality of computing power resource pools based on an edge network, slicing management is performed after layering the complexity of computing power resource management is reduced, computing power use applications are performed in different service scenes according to own requirements, and slicing type computing power resource management is adopted for edge computing power, requirements can be quickly matched, and computing power resources in slices meeting the requirements can be positioned.
