Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a lithium niobate waveguide integrated photonic crystal fiber-optic gyroscope, which comprises a silicon substrate, a silicon dioxide buffer layer and a lithium niobate singlecrystal film sequentially stacked from bottom to top, wherein the two sides of the lithium niobate single crystal film are divided into two step surfaces with different heights, namely a first step surface and a second step surface; an optical transmission system is integrally arranged on the first step surface, a resonant cavity optical path is integrally arranged on the second step surface, light beams are conducted in the optical transmission system and the resonant cavity optical path, and low-loss resonant motion of light is achieved.
