The high-temperature slag wasteheat recovery system comprises a slag cooler, a heat-conducting medium circulating system and a steam generator which sequentially communicate with each other, wherein the output end of the heat-conducting medium circulating system communicates with the heat-conducting medium input end of the slag cooler, and the heat-conducting medium input end of the steam generator communicates with the heat-conducting medium output end of the slag cooler; the heat-conducting medium output end of the steam generator communicates with the input end of the heat-conducting medium circulating system. The high-temperature slag waste heat recovery system can fully recover the heat of slag, and the purposes of energy conservation and consumption reduction are achieved.
