The method comprises an original offshore platform and an offshore unmanned wellhead platform connected with the original offshore platform through a mixed transportation submarine pipelines and a submarine composite cable. The offshore unmanned wellhead platform is provided with a seawater system, an electricalroom, a crane, an emergency machine and a water injection pump facility and is provided with a water source well water system and a water injection system; well product flow of the offshore unmanned wellhead platform is not treated, and is totally output to the original offshore platform for treatment only by means of pressure of an electric submersible pump; the offshore unmanned wellhead platform realizes a water injection process through automatic remote control; and all field data can be transmitted to a control center depending on the original offshore platform in real time, remote control and remote regulation o
