Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an easy monitoring device for a steel spring vibration isolator and a monitoring method. The easy monitoring device comprises an inner barrel and an outer barrel of the steel spring vibration isolator, a magnet is arranged on a top cover plate of the inner barrel and is arranged below a heightening seat assembly, a monitor cover plate assembling assembly is arranged on theouter barrel, and a connecting rod below the monitor cover plate assembling assembly is connected to the heightening seat assembly. In addition, the invention further provides the monitoring method. The monitoring method comprises the following steps of connecting a heightening bolt to the connecting rod and connecting the connecting rod and an indicator panel, wherein parts form a whole, and theinitial state of the indicator panel is a horizontal state; and judging the working state of the steel spring vibration isolator according to change of the state of the indicator panel. The easy monitoring device is simple in
