Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a hot drawing method of high-strength and high-modulus vinylon (PVA) filaments and implementation equipment. The hot drawing method comprises the technological processes that (1) tows in a spinning cake stripping cylinder pass through a first oiling system; (2) the tows are dried in a hot drawing roller set and subjected to hot drawing; (3) the tows pass through an interlacer and a second oiling system; and (4) a winding head is used for winding the tows into a filament tube. The equipment is mainly composed of a drafting rack, the spinning cake stripping cylinder, a panel, the first oiling system, hot drawing rollers, a gas path system, the interlacer, the second oiling system and the winding head. The drafting part, interlacing and winding operations are carried out on one layer.
