Based on the technical scheme, the amplification temperature of the isothermal nucleic acid amplification kit is39 DEG C, and the amplification time is 20 minutes; at least 100 copies of brucella samples can be detected; and the specificity is high. Compared with other PCR methods, the kit provided by the invention has the advantages that complex instruments and excellent laboratories are not needed; only one constant-temperature fluorescence amplification instrument is needed; the operation is simple andconvenient; meanwhile, the reaction time is short, and the amplification can be completed in only 15 to 20 minutes; and both the specificity and the sensitivity meet the requirements.
