Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses methylated beta-cyclodextrin, a preparation method, a characterization method and application thereof. The methylated beta-cyclodextrin has an average substitution degree of 11.4-12.6 and a melting range of 181-185 DEG C, and is obtained by methylating BCD through a methylation reagent and crystallizing through an alkane solvent, wherein preferably the methylation reagent is DMS. According to the invention, the average methylation substitution degree of the methylated beta-cyclodextrin prepared by the preparation method provided by the invention is about 12(+/-5%), theyield is high, the preparation method is simple, the conditions are mild, the average substitution degree is stable, and the characterization method can simply, quickly and accurately characterize theaverage substitution degree of MBCD. 本发明公开了一种甲基化-β-环糊精及其制备、表征方法和应用,所述甲基化-β-环糊精具有11.4~12.6之间的平均取代度,熔程为181~185℃。所述甲基化-β-环糊精是通过甲基化试剂对BCD进行甲基化,利用烷烃类溶剂析晶获得,优选地,所述甲基化试剂为DMS。本发明所提供的制备方法所制得的甲基化-β-环糊精的平均甲基化取代度在12(±5%)左右,收率高,制备方法简单、条件温
