Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a polymeric form of an HNOX protein. Compared with monomeric HNOX protein, the polymeric form of the HNOX protein delivers oxygen at a longer cycle half-life. The polymeric H-NOX protein exudates into tumor tissue and preferentially accumulates in the tumor tissue to continuously deliver the oxygen. The present invention also provides an application of the H-NOX protein as a radiosensitizer in treatment of brain cancer. 本发明提供了H-NOX蛋白的多聚形式，其为与单体H-NOX蛋白相比以较长循环半衰期输送氧的多聚H-NOX蛋白。多聚H-NOX蛋白渗出到肿瘤组织中和优先在肿瘤组织中积累，以持续输送氧。本发明还提供H-NOX蛋白作为放射增敏剂用于脑癌治疗的应用。
