Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a polymeric form of an HNOX protein. Compared with monomeric HNOX protein, the polymeric form of the HNOX protein delivers oxygen at a longer cycle half-life. The polymeric H-NOX protein exudates into tumor tissue and preferentially accumulates in the tumor tissue to continuously deliver the oxygen.
