The invention relates to a system and method for moving-free rapid overturning and accurate loading of a bulk grain container. The system comprises a supporting frame a feeding gate, a weighing scale,a discharging gate and an articulated chute which are connected with a grain source bin are sequentially arranged on the supporting frame from top to bottom, a lifting device is further arranged on the supporting frame, and a container turnover device is arranged on the ground corresponding to the lower part of the lifting device. According to the system and method, the lifting device is matchedwith a jacking shaft supporting device, the container is overturned and erected in the loading process, accurately weighed bulk grains can be directly poured into the container from the articulated chute through gravity, continuous automatic loading is formed, and the loading efficiency and the weighing precision are obviously improved; and the bulk grains are weighed from a grain storage bin until the articulated chute is
