The invention discloses a circuit board power-off mechanism of an intelligent circuit breaker. The circuit board power-off mechanism is characterized in that a power-off switch assembly is arranged between a circuit board and an electric leakage tripper, is in linkage fit with an operating mechanism, and is provided with a first position for keeping the circuit board and the electric leakage tripper communicated when the circuit breaker is partially switched on and a second position which enables the circuit board and the electric leakage release to be powered off when the circuit breaker is partially switched off.
