Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an OTA upgrading system for an automobile CAN controller. An OTA background server of the OTA upgrading system is used for communicating with a production and manufacturing system to obtain upgrading software of the CAN controller; Tbox is used for acquiring software version information of the CAN controller, comparing the software version information of the CAN controllerwith an OTA cloud controller version stored in the OTA background server, and starting a CAN controller upgrading file downloading process when the software version information of the CAN controlleris lower than the OTA cloud controller version; Tbox is used for carrying out security and integrity verification on the CAN controller upgrading file according to the vehicle end PKI certificate; andTbox is used for analyzing the CAN controller upgrading file and carrying out software upgrading on the CAN controller according to the upgrading package obtained by analysis. According to the invention, the software upgrading
