The tooth die is in an inverted disc shape, the upward end face of the tooth die is a plane, 3-6 through holes are evenly distributed in the end face, the through holes allow the shaft end, extending downwards, of the mandrel to freely pass through, and an inner bevel gear with the same technical parameters as a measured workpiece is arranged on the downward face of the tooth die.
