Zusammenfassung: | An embodiment of the invention discloses a method for screening anaerobic ammonium oxidation strains, and belongs to the technical field of water treatment. The method comprises the following steps of(1) selecting wastewater sludge; (2) preparing simulated wastewater; and (3) performing enrichment culture of the anaerobic ammonium oxidation strains. According to the invention, the anaerobic ammonia oxidation strains can be effectively enriched and screened, and technical support is provided for a sewage denitrification process; and the anaerobic ammonia oxidation denitrification process is applied to sewage treatment, has the advantages of high total nitrogen removal rate, low operating cost, less residual sludge and low energy consumption, and is suitable for wastewater with low carbon-nitrogen ratio.
