The method comprises the following steps: S100, feeding methyl ethyl chlorosilane into a hydrolysis reactor for hydrolysis reaction; S200, pre-filtering methyl ethyl chlorosilane hydrolysate by a coagulation filter and sending the methyl ethyl chlorosilane hydrolysate to a neutralization kettle to react with hexamethyldisilazane and a KOH aqueous solution; wherein the addition amount of hexamethyldisilazane is 1.5-2.5 wt%, the addition amount of KOH is 3.5-4.5 wt%, and the temperature of the neutralization kettle is 80 +/-5 DEG C; S300, preheating the neutralized methyl ethyl chlorosilane hydrolysate to 85-90 DEG C, feeding the preheated methyl ethyl chlorosilane hydrolysate into a flash tank for flash evaporation to separate a gas phase from a liquid phase, and feeding the liquid phase into a falling-film evaporator for treatment to obtain a methyl ethyl silicone oil crude product; and S400, filteringthe methyl ethyl silicone |
