Pyrazolyl aldehyde and 1-(3, 4-dimethoxyphenyl)-beta-carboline acylhydrazine are subjected to a reaction to obtain the pyrazole compound containing the 1-(3, 4-dimethoxyphenyl)-beta-carboline unit . The pyrazole compound containing the 1-(3, 4-dimethoxyphenyl)-beta-carboline unit has good inhibitory activity on tumor cells HGC-27, and can be used for preparing anti-tumor cell drugs. 本发明涉及含1-(3,4-二甲氧基苯基)-β-咔啉单元的吡唑化合物的制备与用途。通过吡唑醛与1-(3,4-二甲氧基苯基)-β-咔啉酰基肼反应得到。所述含1-(3,4-二甲氧基苯基)-β-咔啉单元的吡唑化合物对肿瘤细胞HGC-27有着良好的抑制活性，该化合物可用于制备抗肿瘤细胞药物。
