Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of compound fertilizer production, in particular to a comprehensive utilization process for acid-making tail gas and sulfur-based compound fertilizer production, which comprises the following steps: absorbing sulfur dioxide gas in acid-making tail gas by using an amino absorbent to generate an ammonium sulfite solution, and completely oxidizing the ammonium sulfite solution by using air and concentrated sulfuric acid to generate an ammonium sulfate solution; conveying the ammonium sulfate solution to a sulfur-based compound fertilizer workshop, andspraying the ammonium sulfate solution to a material layer in a drum granulator to prepare the sulfur-based compound fertilizer.
