The multipurpose numerical control grinding machine comprises a machine body, a workbench, a stand column, a workpiece headstock, a tailstock, a dresser and the like. When a to-be-machined part is a straight gear shaft part, the height of an X-axis grinding wheel is adjusted, and the position of the X-axis grinding wheel in an X axis is adjusted. After the middle plane of the X-axis grinding wheel and the axis of the to-be-machined part are coplanar, by linkage of a Y-axis and a Z-axis, interpolation of the track of the X-axis grinding wheel is achieved, and then gear grinding of inserted straight gear shaft parts is achieved. When the to-be-machined part is a nut part, the tailstock is not arranged on the workbench, the positions of the grinding wheel in the X-axis direction and the Y-axis direction are adjusted, and internal grinding is achieved, that is, inner ring groove machining or inner hole machining ofthe nut part is achieved |
