The medical supporting plate comprises an inner core and an outer shell; the outer shell wraps the outer portion of the inner core; the outer shellis made of fiber materials; and the inner core comprises an inner core main body and a connecting piece, the connecting piece is connected to at least one side of the inner core main body, the innercore main body is made of foam materials, and the connecting piece is made of elastic materials. The medical supporting plate is made of a composite material, on the premise that the supporting strength is guaranteed, the main body part of the supporting plate is made of a foam material which is lighter, while the connecting part of the supporting plate is still made of a metal material to guarantee the connecting stability, and the supporting plate is wrapped by the carbon fiber shell, so that the overall deformation strength of the supporting plate is improved, therefore, the supporting plate can meet the necessary s
