The achilles tendon suture positioner comprises a frame which is integrally in a U shape, and a positioning device installed in the frame. The frame consists of a first installation strip, a second installation strip parallel to the first installation strip, and a connecting strip fixedly connected between the first installation stripand the second installation strip; and an installation rod is arranged between the first installation strip and the second installation strip. The positioning device consists of a first clamp fixedlyconnected to the installation rod, a second clamp arranged on the installation rod, and a gasket located between the first clamp and the second clamp; and the second clamp can move on the installationrod in the direction away from the first clamp or close to the first clamp.
