Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a portable semi-automatic flaw detection device for a hollow shaft. The device comprises an outer pipe body, an inner pipe body arranged in the outer pipe body, a rack with one end fixedly connected with the inner pipe body, a gear meshed with the rack, a first rotation driving device driving the gear to rotate, a second rotation driving device fixedly arranged in the inner pipe body, a conductive slip ring with the rotor fixedly connected with an output shaft of the second rotation driving device, a mounting frame fixedly connected with the rotor of the conductive slip ring, and an ultrasonic probe arranged on the mounting frame. The device further comprises a gear box, and the gear and the first rotation driving device are arranged in the gear box. The portable semi-automatic flaw detection device for the hollow shaft is simple in structure, low in cost, easy to transport and carry and convenient for on-orbit monitoring.
