The passive loading device comprises an unloading shaft, a coupler, a lever speed reducer and a brake; anoutput shaft of the brake is connected with an input hole of the lever speed reducer; an output shaft of the lever speed reducer is connected with an input hole of the coupler; one end of the unloading shaft is connected with the robot joint, and the other end extends into the coupler.
