The system comprises a first dehumidification heat exchanger, a second dehumidification heat exchanger, a condenser, a first four-way air valve, a second four-way air valve, a total heat recoverer, an air return valve, a first fan, a second fan, a third fan, a refrigerant circulation module and a cooling water circulation module. The solid adsorption material is adopted to remove the wet load in the fresh air, the total heat recoverer is used for pre-adjusting the fresh air, the dehumidification efficiency is improved, the heat loss is reduced, and the energy consumptionis reduced to a certain extent.
