A valve body is included, a valve cavity is formed in the valve body, a valve element supporting part is arranged in the middle of the valve cavity, the valve element supporting part divides the valve cavity into an upper valve cavity body and a lower valve cavitybody, and a through hole is formed in the middle of the valve element supporting part. The through hole communicates with the upper valve cavity body and the lower valve cavity body, a center shaft issleeved in the through hole and can freely slide in the through hole, the end, inserted into the upper valve cavity body, of the center shaft is detachably connected with a membrane, and the membranedivides the upper valve cavity body into a first valve chamber and a second valve chamber.
