An primary drying roller is arranged above the stirring system so that heat losses in a hot aggregate lifting process of traditional equipment are avoided, and energy is saved; and an original large cloth bag dust removal device is arranged above the primary drying cylinder so that a recycled powder can be conveyed to a recycled powder bin only through a recycled powderspiral conveyor, a powde
