Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method of adding zirconium carbonate into an electrolyte solution to improve wear resistance of a near alpha titanium alloy micro-arc oxidation film. The method comprises thefollowing steps: (1) pre-treatment of a near alpha titanium alloy sample; (2) preparation of a micro-arc oxidation electrolyte solution; and (3) micro-arc oxidation treatment. The zirconium carbonateis added into the electrolyte solution, and is gradually decomposed to generate H2O, CO2 and ZrO2 under micro-arc oxidation high-temperature high-temperature action; more finer discharge holes are formed while CO2 gas leaks to facilitate loss of excessive heat generated by micro-arc oxidation, thereby increasing a growth rate of the micro-arc oxidization film layer; and by virtue of adsorption and engagement effect, ZrO2 enters the film layer to fill discharge holes and cracks such that pits in the discharge holes and a surface are effectively filled, and thus, the diameters of the dischargeholes are reduced, roughnes
