Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for smelting ferrochrome by a submerged arc furnace added with silica. The method comprises the following steps that (1), chromite powder is put into a ball mill for ball milling, and bentonite and water are added in the ball milling process to prepare a wet material; and the wet material is conveyed to a pelletizer through a belt for pelletizing; (2), water-containing pellets are conveyed to a shaft furnace to be roasted to prepare dry pellets; and the grain size of the dry pellets is 1-2cm; (3) the pellets, coke, silica and return slag are mixed and then putinto the submerged arc furnace to be smelted; (4) smelted molten iron is cast into a mold; and in the casting process, tundish slag is collected and put into the submerged arc furnace again; (5), castalloys are crushed; and (6), the crushed alloys are subjected to finishing, and the ferrochrome is smelted. Silica is added during smelting, so that the melting point of a slag system is reduced, andthe energy consumption is |
