Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a specific nucleic acid probe and method for rapidly identifying Fritillaria pallidiflora Schrenk, and a use of the probe and method, and belongs to the technical field of the identification of source varieties of traditional Chinese medicinal materials. It is found for the first time that a Taqman fluorescent quantitative PCR method with a Taqman probe as the core can specifically identify Fritillaria pallidiflora Schrenk, namely only Fritillaria pallidiflora Schrenk shows a positive result, and other fritillaria varieties show a negative result. The method can be usedfor the specific molecular identification of Fritillaria pallidiflora Schrenk origin plants, medicinal materials and medicinal material decoction pieces.
