Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a hydrophilic modified polyvinylidene fluoride segmented copolymer, a water treatment membrane and a preparation method and an application thereof. The hydrophilic modified polyvinylidene fluoride copolymer disclosed by the invention is an AB type block copolymer consisting of a polyvinylidene fluoride chain segment and a chain segment containing a hydrophilic group. The weight of the polyvinylidene fluoride chain segment accounts for 50-90%, and the hydrophilic groups are carboxyl, hydroxyl and amide groups; wherein the weight-average molecular weight of the hydrophilicmodified polyvinylidene fluoride block copolymer is greater than or equal to 700000. The hydrophilic modified polyvinylidene fluoride copolymer has excellent mechanical strength, a chain segment containing a hydrophilic group enables the hydrophilic modified polyvinylidene fluoride copolymer to have good hydrophilic performance, and a water treatment membrane prepared from the hydrophilic modified polyvinylidene fluoride
