Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides an all-solid-waste sulphoaluminate early strength agent, and a preparation method and application thereof. The all-solid-waste sulphoaluminate early strength agent is prepared from, by weight through a wet grinding process: 50-55 parts of carbide slag, 0.5-0.8 part of a surface modifier, and the balance of water, wherein the total part of the carbide slag, the surface modifier and the water is 100 parts. According to the invention, the carbide slag is subjected to wet grinding processing under the action of the admixture after being subjected to grinding treatment to prepare the nano-sized all-solid waste sulphoaluminate early strength agent which can replace part of sulphoaluminate cement, so that the ultra-early mechanical strength of the sulphoaluminate cement isgreatly improved, and the 2-hour strength of the sulphoaluminate cement paste can be improved by 600% or above, and the all-solid-waste sulphoaluminate early strength agent can be widely used in the field of emergency repair |
