The multi-protocol interactive communication system comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle hybrid power electric propulsion system, a flight control system, and a communication system. The unmanned aerial vehicle hybrid power electric propulsion systemis in communication connection with the flight control system through the communication system; the communication system comprises a main communication unit and a standby communication unit. In orderto guarantee flight reliability, redundancy design is performed on key signals of the flight control system and the unmanned aerial vehicle hybrid power electric propulsion system, and unmanned aerial vehicle out-of-control caused by faults of the main communication unit is prevented.
