The invention provides contrast color ceramic and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a mold and a plurality of ceramic tape films, wherein the mold comprises a plurality of connected steps and connecting parts connected between the adjacent steps; sequentially stacking the plurality of ceramic tape films on the mold for isostatic compaction treatment; enabling the ceramic tape films to at least cover one connecting part and at least partially cover two adjacent steps respectively; separating the mold after molding; obtaining initial ceramic with a step structure through glue discharging and sintering; and processing the initial ceramic to retain the projection overlapping part of the adjacent steps in the parallel direction to obtain the contrast color ceramic.
