Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of welding materials, and particularly relates to a surfacing flux-cored wire of a wear-resistant surfacing layer adapting to complex working conditions. The flux-cored wire comprises a cross core, a sheath I, a sheath II, and flux cores; the cross cores are made of a titanium alloy; the sheath I is made of a tantalum alloy; and the sheath II is made ofa niobium alloy. The flux cores are prepared from the components in percentage: 9%-12% of nano hollow cage-shaped carbon microspheres, 10.2%-12.6% of nano silicon nitride, 3.5%-5.2% of Mg, 2.5%-4.2%of manganese fluoride, 4.2%-5.6% of sodium carbonate, and the balance of FHT100.25 reduced iron powder. According to the surfacing flux-cored wire of the wear-resistant surfacing layer adapting to thecomplex working conditions, various carbides and nitrides can be formed in surfacing deposited metal, hard phases are various and large in number, and the wear-resistant surfacing layer can adapt tothe complex working conditio
