The semi-solid backward extrusion method comprises the followingsteps of heating a semi-solid blank prepared from an alloy material by an SIMA method to a temperature higher than a solidus temperature, and preserving heat; then, putting the semi-solid blank intoa preheated die for backward extrusion forming, and maintaining the pressure; performing water quenching on the backward-extruded part; and finally, performing short-time solid solution aging heat treatment. The semi-solid backward extrusion forming method is adopted, so that the production efficiency is high, the energy consumption is low, the product quality is high, the material utilization rate is high, and mechanical and automatic production is easy to realize.
