Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a system and method for reducing drift effect induced by temperature of a liquid lens. The system and method reduces the drift effect caused by the temperature of the liquid lens used in a visual system. The feedback loop receives the temperature value from a temperature sensor, and controls the energy of a heating element to keep the temperature value in the predicted control temperature range to reduce the drift effect based on the received temperature value and the different value between the liquid lens measured temperature and the predicted control temperature. Theprocesser also can control an offset signal applied on the lens or lens actuator to control the temperature variation and the related drift effect. The image definition can be determined through theindividual series of images or the combination of the above with controlling the temperature of the liquid lens to adjust the focal length of the lens.
