The method comprises the following steps: extracting charging features accordingto a historical charging curve of an EV user, designing a behavior label representing the charging behavior features, and calculating the travel regularity of the user; according to the electric quantity of the EV user daily V2G, determining a specific time period in which the EV user participates in response by applying the electricity price in the peak-valley time period; evaluating the fault probability of the AMI system according to a series-parallel network risk analysis method; and based on the daily V2G electric quantity of the EV user and the fault probability of the AMI system, calculating the V2G power which can be responded by the EV user in the future 15 minutes.
