The preparation method comprises the following steps blending a ternary metal oxide solid in proportion, mixing with a lithium hydroxide solution added with a chelating agent citric acid, stirring, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, carrying out planetary ball milling, and carrying out high-temperature sintering on the precursor in a muffle furnace to obtain a high-nickel ternary material; and putting a lithium hexafluorophosphatesolution into the alcohol dispersion liquid of the high-nickel ternary material in proportion, carrying out ultrasonic treatment after magnetic stirring, putting the mixture into a muffle furnace, andcarrying out high-temperature sintering to obtain the fluorine-phosphorus-doped high-nickel ternary material.
