The circuit comprises a decoder, m level converters and a PUF core circuit, the PUF core circuit comprisesz pre-charging sensitive amplifiers, z latches and z PUF unit column circuits. Each pre-charging sensitive amplifier comprises a first PMOS tube, a second PMOS tube, a third PMOS tube, a fourth PMOStube, a fifth PMOS tube, a first NMOS tube and a second NMOS tube. Each PUF unit column circuit comprises m PUF units respectively; each PUF unit is only composed of two NMOS (N-channel Metal Oxide Semiconductor) tubes with the minimum size; the PUF unit is biased in a sub-threshold region by a sub-threshold bias voltage VBB, the leakage current of the PUF unit controlled by the sub-threshold biasvoltage VBB has large deviation, and the leakage current can obtain a secret key with high-stability output through a pre-charging sensitive amplifier connected with the PUF unit; the invention has the advantages of smaller ar |
