The space equipment electrostatic discharge device comprises a vacuum chamber, an air exhaust module, a charging module, a potential monitoring module, a transmission module, a quartz medium cavity and an electromagnetic excitation module. The invention further discloses a space equipment electrostatic discharge method based on electromagnetic pulse excitation.
