Zusammenfassung: | The invention aims at overcoming the defects of the existing sample detection technology, and particularly relates to a method for determining geosmin and 2-methylisoborneol in sediments, which comprises the following steps of sampling, headspace solid phase micro-extraction and GC-MS analysis. According to the method, the extraction effects of different types of extraction heads are compared, theextraction conditions such as the extraction time, the extraction temperature and the like are optimized, the headspace solid phase micro-extraction/gas chromatography/mass spectrometry method is established to simultaneously determine the geosmin and the 2-methylisoborneol in the sediment, and the method has characteristics of sensitivity, rapidness, environmental protection and the like, can accurately quantify the odor substances in the sediment, and can meet the detection requirements of the actual sample.
