The method comprises the following specific steps that 1, for an oil reservoir on which polymer flooding is randomly carried out, data are collected to carry out a polymer rheological property experiment, and the viscosity of a polymer solution under different concentrations and different shearing rates is tested; 2, a scatter diagram of the shearing rate and the viscosity of the polymer solution is established under a given concentration condition of the polymer solution, viscosity andshearing rate data are fitted by adopting a power rate mode, and a power rate index is solved; and 3, a Rabinowitsch correction coefficient is determined according to the power rate index obtained inthe step 2, and the Rabinowitsch correction coefficient is substituted into the relational expression between the shearing rate and the interstitial flow velocity to generate an interstitial flow velocity formula of the polyme
